Order Processing and Shipping Information

  • Order Processing Time: We're committed to getting your orders to you as swiftly as possible. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, ensuring you receive your items in a timely manner. Please expect a shipping timeframe of 3-5 business days once the order has been processed for delivery.
  • Operating Hours: Our team is available to assist you from Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays), between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
  • Shipping Rates: We're delighted to offer complimentary shipping on all orders totaling $150 CAD or more. For orders under $150 CAD, there is a flat shipping rate of $15 CAD. 
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we encourage you to explore our global partner websites for international orders.

Refunds & Returns

At our heart, we craft all-natural, organic and handmade products that reflect our unwavering commitment to quality. Our products are created using the finest available ingredients. However, it's important to note that slight variations may occur due to our diverse sources, chosen for their availability and quality.

In the event you notice a subtle difference in color, texture, aroma, or consistency, rest assured that this does not necessarily indicate a defect in the product. Rather, it underscores the unique nature of our handcrafted items.

Additionally, we strongly encourage you to adhere to our Product Care Instructions, which will help ensure that our product meets and even exceeds your expectations.

Our Return Policy

As part of our commitment to you, we offer a 14-day window for returns, allowing you ample time to make sure you're completely happy with your item.

For your return to be eligible, please ensure the following:

  1. Condition: The item must remain in the same pristine condition in which you received it – unused and still in its original packaging.
  2. Order Information: Have your order number ready and specify the reason for your return.

To initiate the return process, simply reach out to us at contact@isunskincare.ca.

Once your return is approved, you can expect the following:

  • We will provide you with a return shipping label, along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • A shipping label fee applies to all returns, based on item weight and location. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs. If you use your own return label, please provide us with the tracking number to waive the return label fee. 
  • Please note that we can only accept items for return when the return process has been formally initiated. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Concerns

We kindly request that you take a moment to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. In the rare event that you find the item to be defective, damaged, or if you've received the incorrect item, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us immediately. This will allow us to promptly assess the situation and take the necessary actions to rectify it, ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

We want to ensure that your experience with us is always positive and straightforward. To maintain the integrity of our products and the safety of our customers, we have a policy in place regarding exceptions and non-returnable items.

Please note the following:

  • Opened Products: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened unless they are found to be defective. If a product is indeed deemed defective, we will promptly provide you with a replacement. 


Once we receive your returned item and have had the opportunity to inspect it, we will promptly notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please be aware of the following important details:

  • Processing Time: After approval, please allow for some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the necessary processing steps and post the refund to your account. The exact duration may vary and is dependent on their specific policies and procedures.
  • Non-Defective Product Returns: It's important to note that ISUN does not cover the cost of return shipping for products that were not deemed defective.
